This notice describes the current Listing Studio browser preview. It will be updated before accounts, cloud storage, payments, or third-party processing are enabled.

Item details and photos

The workspace processes item information and photos on your device. It does not send those files or fields to an application server, model provider, or marketplace. Normalized JPEGs and workspace records are saved in this browser's IndexedDB. Theme preference is stored in local storage.

Normalized images have embedded camera metadata removed, including the original metadata used to orient the photo. Private details visible in an image remain visible. Keep originals elsewhere; this preview retains prepared images, not raw uploads.

What leaves the workspace

Downloading a listing packet creates files on your device. Those listing files contain public item details, edited copy, and prepared photos. They exclude private costs, inventory notes, inventory references, comparison records, and reviewer names.

Workspace backups include private fields, review history, comparison records, and prepared photos so your work can be restored. Backups are ordinary ZIP files, not password-protected archives. Store and share them accordingly.

Browser storage and deletion

Local storage is specific to this browser and website origin. It is not account-protected cloud storage. People with access to the same browser profile can access local work. Clearing the workspace removes the app's local records and photo assets across open tabs. Clearing browser site data also removes local work and preferences.

Downloaded backups and exports are separate files; clearing the workspace does not delete them. There is no server-side recovery in this preview. Private browsing and browser storage policies may cause data to be unavailable later.

Website requests and external links

Loading the website sends ordinary web requests to the hosting provider, which may process network and access-log information such as IP addresses and requested URLs. The app does not load advertising or analytics trackers. Following an external source or MacL link sends a request to that destination under its own policies.

Upcoming services

Accounts, Google sign-in, cloud synchronization, marketplace integrations, and paid plans are not enabled in this preview. Data handling and retention for those services must be documented and tested before release.
